Who we are
New Dog, No Idea ("we," "us") is a digital product operated by Semaj Carr as a sole proprietor. By buying or using our products you agree to these terms. Questions: Punchedin23@gmail.com.
What you're buying
A digital, downloadable PDF guide delivered instantly after purchase. It is a one-time digital product, not a subscription, not a physical item, and not a service. Nothing recurring is charged.
It is not professional advice
New Dog, No Idea is a general-information and moral-support guide for new dog owners. It is not veterinary, medical, behavioral, or training advice, and does not create a professional relationship. It is not a substitute for a licensed veterinarian or a qualified trainer or behaviorist.
Always consult a vet for health concerns and a qualified professional for behavior concerns. You are solely responsible for decisions about your dog.
License and use
On purchase you get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download the product for your own personal use. You may print a copy for yourself.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, or republish it, in whole or in part, or use it commercially. We retain all intellectual property rights.
Payment
Prices are in USD and shown at checkout. Payment is handled by our third-party payment and platform providers; we don't store your full payment details.
Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds as a rule. That said, we stand behind the product — if something's genuinely wrong (you didn't receive your file, received the wrong file, or the product is defective), email Punchedin23@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase and we'll make it right, which may include re-delivery or, at our discretion, a refund.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The product is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Semaj Carr and New Dog, No Idea are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product, and total liability will not exceed the amount you paid. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
